The Holzwerk team undertook the entire interior works of my apartment at Villa Espana starting Jan 2004, which included wardrobes, lofts and assorted furniture pieces. The rosewood finish on the wood has given the whole apartment a classy look. They spent quite some time on the 3D design drawings going through several iterations with us before freezing on the design. During the entire tenure of their work in my apartment I found them to be very responsive to our ideas and suggestions and that they were always flexible in adding our inputs during the course of the work. The quality of the work is excellent and it has been appreciated by all the guests we have had since we moved in.

In our walk of life we have to come across so many people and activities. We are bound to entrust any task to those whom we trust when necessity arises. Our experience in interacting with Holzwerk has been phenomenal. Initial quote draft designs and innumerable number of iterations took place before the final design was concluded. It shows the level of maturity, customer satisfaction, setting right expectations and professionalism of Holzwerk. We really appreciate their patience for doing some demanding alterations during our design phase.
Execution of the woodwork and interiors would not have been complete had it not been for constant and persistent supervisory efforts by Holzwerk. They took extra effort to communicate and co-ordinate with the builder too.
Extremely good in prompt communication in respect of draft designs, freezing designs, sample pictures, price quotes, weekly progress reports, ad-hoc change requirements and finished photos. Transparency in financial transactions in materials, fixtures and invoices. Since all the materials are from well known branded vendors, it gives a great satisfaction that we get the materials delivered at the price that a retailer would otherwise have given it for.
Purchasing necessary electrical fittings and fixing them is a great testimony to customer satisfaction. This is definitely beyond the necessary scope of work which we originally laid out.
If we ever have to outsource woodwork and interiors for future properties, without any second thought, we would choose Holzwerk over any one else. It was really pleasure doing business with you.
